Upon arrival, the patient will call the clinic.
Administrative will ask screening questions:
Do you, or anyone in your household have any signs of illness including coughing, cold, fever, aches or other signs of illness today?
Are you, or anyone you reside with aware of having been exposed to a person who is known or believed to have COVID-19?
Have you, or anyone in your household, been tested for COVID-19?
Have you traveled to any high-risk areas within the past two weeks?
If NO to all questions:
Clients will be asked to wait in their car until they are texted to enter the clinic, or a staff member comes out to get them. The caregiver and/or patient will be required to come in with a mask on.
If mask is forgotten at the first session, one will be provided. If the mask is forgotten for subsequent visits, a dollar donation fee will be collected with all proceeds donated to Autism Speaks.
Only 1 adult with each client. Upon entering they will need to use hand sanitizer or wash hands. Then they need to self check at the temperature station. If below 100.4, may proceed with therapy.
